Training for a Triathlon is tough, but luckily Gary has got a plan.  Learn about Gary’s Training Plan

Nutrition Plan
Gary’s goal is to consume roughly 4,000 calories a day while training.

In order to maintain his rigorous training schedule and keep his current body weight, Gary must eat a host of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and other proteins in order to prepare for his back-to-back-to-back Ironman triathlon.  Learn about Gray’s Nutrition Plan
